Progress on an 8,000 square foot riverfront home is moving swiftly with the recent pouring of its second floor. Installation of energy efficient systems, geo-thermal, water recapture cisterns, air filtration plasters, and wind generation energy components are all on the drawing board to be included in what will be the most energy efficient home built by Michelangelo homes to date. Completion is slated for the end of 2012.

Construction begins and foundation is poured on new Murano single family estate home in Bonita Springs Florida Completion is slated for Fall of 2012. The Murano neighborhood located on a semi-private peninsula provides residents with easy beach and waterfront access.

Michelangelo reports strong activity with over 20 million in proposals out for consideration. Construction underway and in process is currently at 8 million dollars, with sales year to date rounding out at just over 7 million. Company officials also see a strong finish in the horizon for 2011, and are preparing for they see could be a steady increase in homes sales during the upcoming 2012 selling season.

Michelangelo Homes announces plans to include multiple ”Sustainable Energy” features in many of their future homes. Features in select homes will include, Geo Thermal Heating & Cooling, Solar Panels, Photovoltaic Energy Systems and Cistern Water Recovery and capture units. Healthy living is also an important part of this a program. Natural air filtration plasters that eliminate dust partials, odors and moisture problems are all now very much part of the Michelangelo homes building culture.

First Fifth Realty and Michelangelo Homes team up to lay-out two homes both on golf course lots in The Colony Neighborhood of Tuscany Isles. The first is a 4 bedroom that includes a separate cabana/ game room add-on and has an interior AC square footage of 4419 sq ft. The floor plan resembles a traditional split bedroom layout with a large outdoor gathering area, private study, gourmet kitchen and an upstairs guest suite with media room that overlooks the Colony fairways. The second plan is more of a Great Room plan and has an interior square footage of 3901 sq ft.

North Carolina couple planning for their future retirement contract Michelangelo Homes to design and build their custom executive home in the prestigious neighborhood of Tuscany Isles situated in The Colony Golf and Bay Club. Construction is planned to begin sometime late 2011.

Sand Dollar Award 2010 Gala of the Collier County Building Industry Association Michelangelo Homes receives a prestigious Sand Dollar Award 2010 for its model home"Villa Navona" at the Quail West Country Club (lot KK-29) in Naples. The Award was for the Best Use of Custom Wood in a single family residence. This adds to the many awards thatthis model has won including a National Dream Home Award and four Aurora Awards.No attachment.

Michelangelo Homes sells one of its model, the "Villa Andalusia" in "The Renaissance" community in Fort Myers to a client from Belle Meade, New Jersey. The "Villa Andalusia" served as a model home for well over a year and demonstrated our skills of building a beautiful and cozy home for a reasonable price. The home features four bedroom, four full and two half bath and has 4,746 sq ft under air and a total of 7,071 sq ft under roof. The sale amount was the largest sale amount in the Renaissance Community for 2010.

Michelangelo Homes sold one property of its own inventory and started construction soon after on a prime lot in one of the Top Gated Communities of Cape Coral "Cape Harbour". On EI Dorado Parkway for a client from Germany, a custom residence of 3,045 sq ft underair and 4,418 sq ft under roof will be constructed. This custom home will be completed by March 2011. The home was designed by the acclaimed and well known architect and designer Bud W. Lawrence who is based in Ft. Myers and has already designed numerous residences for Michelangelo Homes. This home, the model "Tropea" will feature three bedroom, 3.5 bath as well as a loft and vast outdoor areas taking advantage of its beautiful South/West exposure with beautiful sunsets.

This month marks the start of the largest Custom Home of Michelangelo Homes in Fort Myers to date. On one of the largest and most private Riverfront properties of more than 2.5 ac a luxury residence will be built for an out-of-State customer. It will have a total of 8,091 sq ft under air and a total of 15,971 sq ft under roof and will feature four bedrooms, five baths, his and her offices, a game room, a home cinema and an integrated beach area with boat lift as well as a separate guest house. This very classical styled home will also feature a professional gym as well as space for seven cars and also will have integrated some of the latest Green Building technology features. Completion of this home is scheduled for February 2012.

Michelangelo Homes starts another Custom Home project in the "Costa Amalfi" subdivision at Miromar Lakes in Estero. This house is for a client from Mercer, Pennsylvania on lot #15. It will feature 2,676 sq ft under air and 3,758 sq ft under roof. This residence will also feature some very unique and interesting new features. Details will follow. Completion of this home is scheduled for February/March of 2011

Michelangelo Homes starts its second "Beach Cottage" in Costa Amalfi at Miromar Lakes. This house is on a prime Lot as it is a corner lot with endless and undisturbed views to the West and South over the expansive Lake Maggiore.
This little "Beach Cottage", the largest to date at Costa Amalfi will feature 4,458 sq ft under air and a total of 5,891 sq ft under roof and is scheduled for completion late 2010 or early 2011.

Michelangelo Homes finishes construction of the first "Beach Cottage" at Costa Amalfi in Miromar Lakes, Estero. The home was finished on time and on budget for Carol and Len Szkotak who are now enjoying the opportunity to decorate their home as they have the time to do so.

Michelangelo Homes starts the first Custom Home construction in the "Costa Amalfi" subdivision of Miromar Lakes in Estero. This house on Lot #5 was designed by the award winning architectural firm, Stofft Cooney Architects, for a couple from West Hampton, New Jersey. This Costa Amalfi "Beach Cottage" is 3,182 sq ft under air with a total of 3,758sq ft under roof. Completion of this home is scheduled for March 2010.
